Fight for Cure is a non-profit organization that was established in 2009. Right now we have joined forces with the Kimmel Cancer Center (KCC) at Jefferson, a national Cancer Institute-designated cancer center, founded in 1991, to provide for their mission, which will be fully benefiting from our charity.
Current Beneficiary - The Kimmel Cancer Center At Jefferson:
  Make transformational discoveries of the cellular and molecular biology of the malignant process and the individual's and society's response to it
Effectively translate the latest research discoveries and clinical trials to provide the highest quality of care to all patients including those of diverse ethnic and racial populations
Provide expert and humanitarian care to cancer patients, their families, and those at risk. Our foundation is committed to helping educate others and supporting those in need through charity based work.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to raise money and create youth awareness by putting together various events including: Galas for the youth of Philadelphia, social events, and fundraisers, which will increase important knowledge of our organization and unite community involvement. All Fight for Cure event proceeds will be donated to the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson to continue the fight against one of the deadliest diseases.

Michael Patlakh, Founder & Chairman
Michael Patlakh is a 31 year old entrepreneur currently residing in Philadelphia, PA.  Michael had a vision for an organization that helps the continuation of cancer research after losing a love one to cancer.  His main goal is to raise awareness to the youth of Philadelphia about how important the continuation of cancer research is to Philadelphia and the rest of the world.  “We all know someone or have a love one who has suffered or survived this deadly disease, it’s our mission to make sure everyone is aware and everyone helps to continue the battle”.  Michael is extremely dedicated making Fight For Cure one of the largest cancer oriented non-profit organization in the Philadelphia area in the upcoming years.

Fight For Cure is a non for profit organization made up of young professionals based in Philadelphia and New Jersey to raise awareness and money to help benefit the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson located in downtown Philadelphia.

This organization was founded by Michael Patlakh in 2009 and aims to donate as much money as possible with a yearly black tie event and community minded fundraisers in between. FFC is growing everyday and the support is endless, currently FFC is run by a main ‘executive committee’ which consists of people who are the lead conductees’ of executing all FFC events, fundraisers, and committee meetings. The executive committee works in collaboration with shining-stars, known as the ‘committee associates,’ and Philadelphia’s elite social network of event promoters and party hosts.
